Since Baldwin falls in two different counties, the Baldwin Police Department utilizes both the Banks County Jail, which is maintained and operated by the Banks County Sheriff’s Office and the Habersham County Detention Center, which is maintained and operated by the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office.
