Rick has been Mayor of the city since 1988, but did have a break in his term from 1993 to 1996, however, he has served consecutively since 1996. Prior to taking seat as the Mayor of Ball Ground, Rick spent 20 years with Citizens Bank and served his last 6 years of those as the Executive Vice President.
