Bail and Bondsman

The bail money is what you have to pay to get out of police custody. Typically, the bail money is 10% of the total money charged for a crime offense. The court decides how much money one should pay as charges for his or her crime offense. If you are financially insolvent or if you cannot pay the bail money in cash, you should get help from a bail bondsman. A bail bondsman would post the bail money and charge at least $100 for their services. In other cases, you have to around 10-15% of the total bail money.
