Horrible! They should understand when you have a loved one that just got put in jail you need someone to help you. I explained I had cancer and needed help getting someone out and they HUNG UP ON ME!!! My son then called them and said my mom is shocked she said the phone hung up and we are hoping it was honest mistake and they HUNG UP ON HIM!!! What kind of business is this and are they wanting business???? Do NOT recommend at all!
