She’s very KNOWLEDGEABLE , POLITE , FRIENDLY , PROFESSIONAL and STRAIGHT FORWARD. Let’s not mention the speed of service when bonding out a love one. Chasity is like Ken Nugent, 1 CALL THAT’S ALL! Chastity has been nothing short of amazing! When my son got arrested, I was so anxious. I wanted to get him out immediately, and I didn't want it to cost an arm and a leg to do so. I called a few places, and most of them didn't answer. One had a high price with additional fees, and another was unavailable, but he gave me the number to A&J Coggins and told me they should be able to help. Chastity was a Godsend from the very beginning. She responded right away and was able to get to the jail expeditiously to help my son. He was locked up in a county that was far away and unfamiliar to me, and I was trying to get to him as soon as I could, but had to wait until the following morning for him to see the judge. Once he got a bond, Chastity was there right away. When I arrived, she was talking to my son in a way that was stern but also caring. She explained the process and the rules, but also had a heart-to-heart about the importance of staying out of trouble and trying to make this his first and only time being incarcerated. I knew at that moment that I had picked the right person. Whenever he had a court date, she notified us and sent a copy of the notice. If I had a question, day or night, she would respond. If she couldn't talk right away, she would let me know, and if she said she would get back to me, she did. She was supportive, understanding, helpful, a great resource, and very reliable. I'm not sure if I could've done this without her, to be honest. It took eight months to finally bring the case to a close, and she was there every step of the way. I would hope to never be in this situation again, but if I were or anyone else, I would recommend Chastity at A&J Coggins every time!
