Bail and Bondsman

The bail money is what you have to pay to get a release from police custody. Typically, the bail money is 10% of the total money charged for a crime offense. The court will review the crime and set a particular amount as charges for whatever crime they have committed. If the bail money set is too high or if you are going through financial trouble, a bail bondsman would come handy. A bail and bondsman would post the bail money to the court and charge at least $100. In some cases, you have to pay around 10-15% of the total bail money.

A family member getting into trouble is always hard. This company explained exactly what would happen and even managed to make me feel not so alone in my relative’s plight.

I called them with my problem, they explained exactly what was going to be required and what would happen. I was able to get my relative out and worked out the terms of payment. They were courteous, understanding and very professional. I will definitely want their services again, if I ever need this type of service again.

I was told I would get help to bond someone out. Jumped through hoops to get all the required documents the bond company requested. When I was headed to the office to get everything done the office staff disappeared on me. I tried calling several times and didn’t get an answer. They were checking caller ID because when I called from a different number I got an answer. The lady told me an emergency came up then hung up on me. They strung me along and wasted my time plus I’m out $140 for the extra key they asked me to get made for my car they wanted me to put up as collateral. I do not recommend!
