Due to Graduation ceremonies being moved to Glascock County Consolidated School K-12 gymnasium. I know that one of the concern in the minds of people planning to attend is parking. I have met with Mr. Holton and school administration about it and have come up with what we believe to the best solution. Please see the below photo of the property and parking instructions.

We will utilize the main parking lot first and then fill up extra parking as needed. There will be multiple officers in the parking lot to show you where to park. The photograph has markings on it for parking instructions.

Blue – Handicap Parking
Green – Extra Parking (angled)
Red – direction of travel and areas blocked off

Once graduation ceremonies have completed we will open the rear gate and utilize it as an alternative exit. Please be patient with us and the school staff that will be assisting. We will do our best to get everyone as close as possible and keep things flowing as smooth as possible.

Please share this with family or friends that may be attending.

Congratulations Class of 2018!

It is with great sadness that I have to announce our K-9 Deputy Sheriff PC had to retire. He has served our office well in short time he was able to spend with us. He has reached 11 years of age and the end of his working life. I want to thank him for his service to our office and Chief Deputy Cason for his work with him. I also want to thank Lt. Jason Livie and the rest of Chatham County Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit for their support and getting the Georgia Police K9 Foundation to give Chief a plaque honoring PC.

We are currently searching for a new K9 to continue our efforts.
