St. Patricks day is coming up this weekend. There will be plenty of get togethers, activities, and celebrations. With that in mind, please have a Designated Driver, take a taxi, or use other means to get to/from if you plan on consuming alcoholic beverages. Law Enforcement will be looking for you if you decide to drink and drive.

Buzzed driving is drunk driving.

Stay safe

As of today, 03/07/2019, the Sheriff’s Office has been informed that we can no longer place ankle monitors on sexual predators that are no longer on probation or parole. It has been found unconstitutional to monitor them for life. As of today we have removed the monitor on the one predator that we supervise. This ruling came from the Georgia Supreme Court.
