Very Rude and Unprofessional. Only recommend if your desperate and have no one else to go to. I called Judy to bond my bf out. We agreed. She told me she was busy with another bond. I gave her the location to meet me. I was at this location for over 3 hours waiting for her. I decided to leave the location, assuming Judy would give me a call when she is headed to the location we agreed on and ready to meet. I had to call Judy back to see where she was, and she tell me she was down the road from the agreed location. Mind you I'm no longer there. I was no more than 20 mins away. I told her to give me 20 mins and I will be there. She became VERY RUDE and had the worst attitude! Then had the nerve to say I've had her come this far. I waited 3 hours for this lady, and she wouldn't even wait 20 minutes for me!? I called her back several times and she would hang up in my face. She eventually stopped answering my calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER SERVICE!

The kicker is, she ended up sending me a text a week later asking if my bf ever got bonded out. Then was asking questions trying to figure out who I used. Ma'am that's none of your business. She had the nerve to try and talk about any other bondsman. AGAIN, VERY RUDE AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

I spoke to a woman who said to call her back in 2-3 hours because she was helping someone else. I called back in 3 hours. She was asking a bunch of questions, I asked her to hold for a brief second, literally one second. She hung up the phone. I called back about 5 times. She just let it ring. Not sure what that was about, but it was very rude and disrespectful.

I believe Judy and the officers in Warwick are working together, because the officer was adamant about us calling her. We called her and she was very unprofessional. In the mist of me transferring the money to her my phone died. She was very hostile and I felt threatened. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I wouldn't recommend her or her service to anyone.
